A Back-Order is a request to get a domain, which is currently registered, once it becomes available. This means that when a domain is not renewed, it will be deleted and when it is on the free market again we try and grab it for you.

A Back-Order request consists of both the registration fees and the grab-back fees. Should the domain name fail to be grabbed-back, we will refund you the registration fees. However please be informed that if you request refund to be made to your credit card, there will be a 10% administrative charge incurred by our secured credit card gateway provider, therefore refund to your credit card account will not be made in full. However 100% refund of the registration fees can be made into your credit balance account which you can use to pay for your future transactions with us.
